How about this crazy weather - one day we are bundled in sweatshirts and the next we want to go swimming! I feel like I am back in Maine.
So now that summer has shown it's face here and there we have to start thinking about our summer plans. Kids will be off from school, summer camps, vacations, swim suits, rotating the clothes in the closet.
So what are you gonna to do with the kids this summer?
- summer camps
- pawn them off on family members
- use it as an excuse to take the summer off
- make them get a job
- do chores around the house
What are you gonna do with those outgrown clothes?
- give them to a neighbor
- donate them to a homeless shelter
- put them in a recycle bin
- have a yard sale
- take them to Goodwill or call Purple Heart
My husband sometimes says he is gonna make me a shirt with a big "V" on it for volunteer as I am constantly volunteering for something. Well what can I say, it makes me feel good.
